Our class is learning new things each day. We are making friends, having fun, and discovering new things about our wonderful Lord and Savior! Just ask us!
Mrs. Tres
Mrs. Tres teachers the “Young 3’s” preschool class and loves it! She has been teaching since 1983, and has been at Immanuel since 1990. Mrs. Tres has both a B.A. and a M.A. in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. She decided to become a teacher when she was in the 7th grade and was an aide in a preschool class. She continues to teach because she loves children. Her favorite times are listening to young children and their stories. She was walking with a 3-year-old on a rainy day and she reminded him not to go into the puddle. He said, “but I like puddles!” That’s when she thought, “oh, to be like a child…let’s all take the time and jump in puddles!” She loves to share stories about Jesus and how much He loves us all the time. Mrs. Tres has two children…they both attended through the Immanuel Early Childhood program and loved it!
